Registration

Registration fees and deadlines

We have made big efforts to keep registration fees low, in order to allow maximum participation from all countries. The registration fees, as specified below, include:

  • conference bag with book of abstracts/symposium proceedings
  • access to all plenary and poster sessions and parallel working groups
  • welcome reception
  • coffee breaks and lunches Monday-Wednesday (August 21-23, 2017)
  • conference dinner on a scenic location in Yogyakarta (with traditional Javanese dance performance)
  • participation in the field excursion on Thursday (but excluding the entrance ticket to Borobudur at 20 US$)

The registration fees for international participant are, in USD:

Registration deadlines

Extended deadline for early bird registration: May 10, 2017

Extended deadline for payment received for early bird registration: May 20, 2017

Extended deadline for regular registration: June 30, 2017

Ultimate deadline for payment received for regular registration: July 20, 2017

After June 30, 2017, on-line registration will still be possible, but only for participants who do not present a paper. The deadline of register and payment for this participant is by July 20, 2017. All abstracts and papers submitted by authors who have not registered and paid by the deadline will be removed from the programme and from the book of abstracts/proceedings.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations should be forwarded to us only in a written form (e-mail
to orgatrop@ugm.ac.id).
Up to May 31, 2017: full refund of registration fee minus 25 EUR administrative costs.
Up to June 30, 2017: refund of 50% of the registration fee.
From July 1, 2017: no refund.
